D&B billing can provide service for all meters that develop mechanical problems or fail to give continuous readings. When necessary, D&B billing will replace a malfunctioning meter.
The replacement cost will be billed on an as needed basis. If a meter or remote device requires replacement due to negligence, it will be replaced at a cost to the responsible party.
